Trainer Training
Now, let’s go through how to train members!
Your Portal should already be activated; please try to log in.
Remember to create a TAG related to your username. This will be used for trainings and promotions.
Now, please follow me to the Training Hallway!
Before we continue, please go to hiahabbo|com/trainer-guide
Then, please read slides 7-9 and let me know when you have finished.
As stated in the guide, the lights above the teleports indicate the following:
Red = In use
Green = free to use
*Walk over to the security training teleporters*
As shown in the guide, this is where you will train security once you reach the HR division
Similar to recruits, new security members will spawn up top,
so in order for them to get down to our area you would step on the red tile here!
*Step on the Red Colored tile in the Training Hallway*
As stated in the guide, once you step on the red colored tile,
have your security trainee step on the blue arrow tile above.
This gets them to their designated training rooms as they are reserved for security trainings.
Do you have any questions regarding the Training Hallway?
*Bring the Trainer back to Training Room*
Before we proceed, please read slides 10 - 15 in the Trainer Guide.
Let me know when you’re done. |
Do you have any questions about how to log a training?
I will now give you a quick quiz to test your knowledge about the slides you read
Are you ready?
1. Which type of training should never be logged as incomplete?
2. How long should you wait if your trainee disconnects/leaves during training?

Next, let’s talk about issuing verbal warnings.
Verbal warnings are given to members who break the rules of the Code of Conduct.
These warnings are not as serious as written warnings and are not logged.
Only warn someone if they break any rules stated in the Code of Conduct.
Make them aware of the Code Of Conduct here: hiahabbo|com/code-of-conduct.
Please know that you are not allowed to warn someone with a higher rank than you.
If the situation continues after giving them a verbal warning,
send all screenshots to a PS+ member, who will be able to log the disciplinary on the portal.
Always screenshot your verbal warning/s. Otherwise, the log will be invalid and may be removed.
Valid screenshots should include a date and timestamp of the act being committed.
