what we do as training Supervisors
What We Do
Training Supervisors observe training sessions as well as security checks within HIA.
We supervise Recruit, Security, Trainer, High Rank, OOA and Disciplinary training sessions.
Our role is to support Trainers of all ranks and those filling security stations that may need it and make sure these processes run smoothly
i.e. making sure that everybody receives a good standard of training, and that people are properly carrying out security checks before letting people in base.
We use a grading system to rate Trainers and those in FTS on how they did during training and give some feedback on how they can improve.
If somebody receives a low grade, a Supervisor will provide a refresher course if needed. Refresher courses cannot be refused.
Training Supervisors also oversee the training hallway to be on the lookout for any trolls that may come.
If a troll does appear they can inform a Room Rights holder immediately.
Another job we do is to make sure no trainers are being disturbed while they are in a training session.
They will keep an eye on what rooms are used and stop anyone going in there to check and letting recruits into that room.
If there are rude trainees/trolls inside training rooms, request for @Room Rights as soon as possible.
Training Supervisors will pop up at any time, and it is up to the supervisor whether they wish to inform you that they are supervising you.
> NOTE: Supervisions CANNOT be refused.

GRADING SYSTEM
Each Training Supervisor will grade and provide feedback to every person that they observe.
This is to help make training and security checks better and make sure everyone is reaching their full potential.
All grades and feedback are kept on a spreadsheet as a record of who we have helped improve their training/security check skills.
We value our staff and want them to be the best they can be. The aim is to get all Trainers to either an A or B score!
NOTE: Refresher Courses CANNOT be refused.
