These are for players who are either disrupting the game for others by flooding the screen or raiding rooms. Bans or mutes also keep those in check, who are engaging in harmful scripting. You may face anything from an alert to a permanent ban, based on the severity of the problem and how many times you have previously been sent alerts flagging up the same issue.

How can I appeal a ban?
Step 1: Go to: https://help.habbo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Step 3: For the subject section, please insert “Requesting to recover hacked/banned account”.

You may explain in your own words in the description section. For example, you can include the date and time that you got hacked/banned. As well as the reason why that you got banned and tell them what were you doing at the moment you got banned/muted/trade - locked. Kindly input all the details, which room where you when you got banned, and who are you talking too and what you remember saying etc.

Step 5: For the “Hi Habbo, I am”, You can select currently a Habbo Player if you owned the account.
Step 6: On “and I want to talk about”, if you got banned/muted/trade - locked account, put this as a topic.
Step 7: On “My Habbo name is..” input your exact Habbo username to help them identify which account you own.
Step 8: For “Further Info..” kindly input all the extra details that are relevant on getting your account back.
Step 9: “Attachments” - Don’t forget to take screenshots of your the “Notice” you got when you got banned/muted. This will also help the Habbo mods on identifying what happened to your account.
For example: (A permanently banned account that has been retrieved after sending a ticket)
After putting all the details, please click submit and wait for a couple of days to get your account back. Reminders, Habbo Staff aren’t entertaining inquiries during the weekends, and please do not spam them with your ticket because each ticket has corresponding number and it will only delay your process.
How to activate account safety lock?
