What is the Apprentice Program?
In order to become an elective, HIA employees will have to go through the apprentice program where one will be moulded into a leader of the agency. Introduced to replace the Trial Leader process, the Apprentice Program is a 3-week leadership training program, consisting of 3 stages, where experienced HIA members in the BOE division will be able to apply for.
Following the 3-week training program, members who have passed all stages will be handed a 5iC rank. Members in 5iC will be assistants to 4iC Leaders in leading their respective divisions - eg. 5iC Agent Representative Assistant will assist 4iC Agent Representative.
Being an apprentice, you are not an iC member, neither do you have elective powers or access to elective channels on discord. Promotion limit will be the same as BOE.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if one goes on loa mid-way during the apprenticeship programme?
The Program Manager will determine if said individual has completed the requirements in the time they were active to move on to the next stage. Apprentices are held responsible to be active, failure to do so will result in failing the program; this will be reinstated to their previous BOE rank.
What happens if one fails any stage of the apprenticeship programme?
Unfortunately, the said individual will be reinstated to their previous BOE rank and must wait for the next time the apprenticeship programme applications open again. Apprentices may not have to repeat the entire program again, based on the discretion of their performance and the Manager overseeing the stage.
Are there any elective perks given when one is an apprentice?
The perk would be that you’ll have a first-hand preview to learn and observe elective duties! That said, neither elective discord channel nor higher promotion limits will be available to apprentices as they have yet been given an elective role.
What will we be doing during the program?
As much as we'd like to tell you that, we also would like you to experience the program for yourself! You'll be given tips and suggestions on how you can enhance your skills and improve your performance along with creative tasks aimed at making your experience as lively as possible. That being said, nothing taught in the apprentice program is ever limited to just Habbo, as these soft skills will be having important application in your real life too!
