These ranks are not included as a part of the main rank list of HIA. However they are compared to the respective in Command ranks but remain a special In Command rank.

The Chief of Staff [1iC] is responsible for managing and overseeing the Chief of Staff Department as well as the general development of HIA. This individual also acts as a speaker for the employees of the entire agency.

Executive Chief of Staff (2iC) |
The Executive Chief of Staff [2iC] is primarily in charge of overseeing HIA's policymaking processes and resources, such as rules and guidelines and processing detailed information about new policies and rules that may benefit the agency in the future. In addition to these duties they mark and provide feedback on audits by the Executive Committee. They also look over the Bi-Weekly Discussion process and make sure all feedback is handled accordingly.

Secretary Chief of Staff (3iC) |
The Secretary Chief of Staff [3iC] is in charge of overseeing the workflow of Founders Cabinet and internal collaboration. This individual assists in processing proposals throughout the month by working closely with special unit directors and founder cabinet members. They also mark and provide feedback on Founder Cabinet audits, keeping the Chief of Staff team updated with Special Unit changes and their duties. They are responsible for planning internal collaborations which do not fall under general categories.

The Assistant Chief of Staff [4iC] is in charge of overseeing the workflow of divisional leadership. This individual assists in processing proposals throughout the month by working with division leaders closely. They keep the Chief of Staff team updated of divisional changes by marking and providing feedback on Leadership audits.

Junior Chief of Staff (5iC) |
Junior Chief of Staff [5iC] has the main role of employee morale and relations. They are tasked with deeply interacting with the HIA community, monitoring morale of all HIA members. Keeping HIA members satisfied with the workplace environment and engaged through activities such as events! They keep members notified of happenings throughout HIA through the weekly bulletin.
