Executive Committee Guidelines
As part of the Executive Committee, you make up a collaborative council of debatably some of the most experienced individuals that Habbo Intelligence Agency (HIA) has. You will assist in making and reviewing rules and guidelines that will benefit HIA in the future. Executive Committee members and above are granted LOA Admin at the LOA Overseer's discretion. Please do not abuse these rights.
Executive Committee (2iC) Requirements:
As an Elective, throughout the month you will be required to fulfil the tasks below:
Monthly Quota
The Monthly Quota will be tracked from the first of the month up until the last day of the month at 11:59PM UK Time. You are required to meet a set Quota to help track your activity or lack thereof around base.
Executive Committee members are encouraged to complete all of the requirements that apply to them prior to the end of the month, however it is only mandatory to complete three out of the six requirements listed below to fulfil the Monthly Quota.
Requirements:
• 6 Promotions
• 2 Trainings
• 2 Tour Guides
• 6 Badge Removals
• 2 Transfers
• 2 Rank Sales
* Executive Committee members are allowed to double up requirements.
They are not allowed to complete any of these duties while they're on LOA. If they are caught doing items such as badge removals, etc. They risk being marked inactive.
Elective Audits
The Executive Chief of Staff will be working alongside 2iCs with any changes they'd like to make within departments.
The Chief of Staff team had granted Electives more freedom and power to customize the workings of the division/department they oversee. That being said, it will be necessary to keep track of (audit) what changes were made and how things were implemented. Hence, we have decided to implement an audit form where electives may submit a response every other month, with the next day being used by the Chief of Staff team to review said submissions and get back to individual electives and discuss things/offer feedback. You will be informed at the beginning of the month if you are expected to complete an audit
