What is the Board of Elites?
Board of Elite Is the highest non-elective division in HIA, members of the Board of Elite Division are entrusted with assisting electives as well as lower ranks. BOE members are required to be role models for the lower ranks, setting a positive example at all times.
What are the ranks within the BOE Division?
BOE covers the following rank titles: Elite Deputy, Elite Development Manager, Elite Committee Director, Elite Planning Director, Elite Events Director, Elite Finance Associate, Elite Processor Of Ranks, Elite Supervisor, Elite Operation Manager, Elite Investigator, Elite Chief, Elite Consultant, Elite Congressman.
What is Board of Elites of the Month (BOTM)?
This award is given to an individual who has shown outstanding work ethic and dedication through active participation and hard work both in base and on Discord.
What are the requirements for BOTM?
- No active Disciplinary
- Positive attitude and behavior
- Was not BOTM previously (or at least within the last 6 months)
- Active and helpful in both Base and Discord
- BOE member for 2 weeks above
- Participated in Monthly Tasks.
How can I win BOTM?
BOTM can be won by only one BOE member if they meet all the requirements. Factors on winning the BOTM are tracker activity, base and discord activity, positive attitude and behavior, No active disciplinary, and is actively participating in BOE activities such as monthly tasks, discussions and quizzes.
What are the duties of BOE members?
Here are some duties of a BOE member:
- Setting a good example at all times and serving as a role model for those in lower ranks.
- Assisting lower ranks and electives as you now hold a position in the top non-elective division.
- BOE members can be promoted every 24 hours
- BOE’s Promotion Limit: Ambassador - Diplomatic Division
- Additional Special Units: Pay Team and Finance Team
- Apply for Internship, Apprentice Program and CoS Program
What is the BOE Tracker for?
The BOE Tracker is designed to monitor your monthly promotions, trainings, tours, and the number of Special Units you are involved in.

- Enter your own username and data from the portal into the designated fields.
- Update your own data anytime before the new month starts.
- Based on the monthly statistics, you have the chance to be chosen as the BOE Member of the Month (BOTM).
What to NOT do in the BOE Tracker:
- Do NOT modify other members' data without their permission or the BOE leaders' permission.
- Falsifying your data will result into disqualification from the BOTM nomination
- Do NOT edit anything on the sheet that's not your data, including visual aspects of the sheets for instance.
What can I now apply for that I was not able to before?
You can now apply to the following positions: Pay Team, Finance Team, Internship Programme, Apprentice Programme, and CoS Trainee Programme.
These are the most recent additions / perks of becoming one of the Board of Elite members. You can apply to any of them as soon as you join Elite Deputy rank. Please verify the requirements before applying.

What is Internship Program?
Internship Program is a three weeks program where Interns learn about the internal operations of the division allocated to them. Leaders will carry out certain elective activities for interns to take part in, allowing interns to be better equipped for their apprenticeship path as a result of this experience!
Before applying for Internship, you will have the chance to choose your Top 5 divisions that you would like to possibly work in!

What is Apprentice Program?
The Apprentice Program evaluates members' abilities in handling elective responsibilities and situations for three weeks as their training, while also preparing them for future leadership roles. Applications to the program open occasionally and are posted on #boe-general channel on HIA Server.

What is the Chief of Staff Team and its program?
The Chief of Staff Team consists of five highly respected staff members that oversee HIA's leadership, members, and agency development. Their primary goals are to increase employee morale and happiness, improve HIA, and interact with members on a regular basis through meetings and events.
The Cos Trainee Program consists of 3 stages which will last for three weeks. When a vacant position is available, the application will be posted in the #boe-general channel on Discord.

When can i join Internship and Apprentice Program?
The Internship and Apprenticeship Programs are open to everyone in the BOE Division. The only difference is that the Internship Program has no requirements, whereas the Apprentice Program requires two weeks in the BOE division.
Take note: You do not need to be an Elite Congressman to apply, you can apply as an Elite Deputy as long as you meet the other requirements for apprentice program.
