Assistant Leader Guide (5iC)
As a 5iC Assistant Leader, you have a responsibility in helping and assisting your respective 4iC Leader in your designated division. Your job is to accomplish and complete tasks that your leader has been assigned to complete for the division, as well as other elective duties (audits, requirements, etc). Assistants must make sure that they establish frequent and direct contact with their Leaders in order to maintain a healthy relationship to effectively work together.
Requirements as an Assistant Leader:
You will be required to fulfill monthly Elective duties. These duties can be accomplished by completing your Monthly Quota.
You may choose two requirements from the following list to complete Monthly Quota:
*Assistant Leaders are not allowed to double up on one singular requirement to fulfill a Monthly Quota (i.e. Monthly Quota can be fulfilled by conducting 6 promotions and 2 training/tours but cannot be fulfilled by just conducting 12 promotions).
Assistant Leaders are encouraged to complete all of the requirements that apply to them prior to the end of the month, however it is only mandatory to complete two out of the six requirements listed above fulfill the Monthly Quota.
The Elective Duties will be tracked from the first day of the month up until the last day of the month until 11:59PM UK Time. You are required to meet a set Quota to help track your activity or lack thereof around base.
This is only excused by a LOA. If you're unable to complete these requirements, you must reach out to the Elective Tracker Overseer to be excused. Moreover, taking LOA during the month does not guarantee you will be excused from meeting the quota.
Reminder: You are not allowed to complete any of these requirements while on LOA. If you are caught doing activities such as badge removals, etc. you risk being marked inactive.
Failure to obtain the set points will be STRIKED.
To remove a strike, they are required to complete the elective duties for 2 months consecutively.

Bi-monthly Elective Audits
The Assistant Chief of Staff will be working alongside 5iC’s and 4iC’s with any changes they'd like to make within Divisions/Departments.
The Chief of Staff team had granted Electives more freedom and power to customize the workings of the division/department they oversee. That being said, it will be necessary to keep track of (audit) what changes were made and how were things implemented. Hence, we have decided to implement an audit form where electives may submit a response every month, with the next day being used by the Chief of Staff team to review said submissions and get back to individual electives and discuss things/offer feedback.
AUDIT DEFINITION: to make an official examination of your Division/Department and produce a short report on it.
You are not required to submit a complete story, but rather just a couple detailed and relevant sentences explaining the happenings within your division/department.
Assistant Leaders only need to submit an audit in the absence of a Leader within their division.
