Let’s begin by discussing the new privileges you have acquired by becoming a HR.

For further emphasis, here are the key points you must always remember:
1. Ensure that BOTH you and the member you're promoting have 15+ mins+ OT.
2. If the member is eligible, stand one space behind the member and ATT them.
3. Double check their last promotion on the portal and their online time.
4. Press the blue +promote button and see what their next rank is.
5. Give them their new motto containing their new rank with YOUR tag.
Remember to ask them to put [AB] at the end of their motto if the group badge is full.
6. AFTER they have finished changing their motto correctly, congratulate and AE them.
7. Log the promotion AFTER they have changed their motto by clicking "Confirm".

Let’s talk about a few promotion guidelines you're expected to follow.
¶ As an HR, you are permitted to promote up to the rank of Trial Trainer only.
This means you cannot promote someone from Trial Trainer to Trainer I.
You can find the promotion limits for each division on the rank list.
¶ If you promote someone to a new division (Eg. Offi. Agent V to Security I) you MUST train them!
Kindly ask them to request the new division badge after they have changed their motto.
Then look for a BA to accept it. If there's none in base, tag Badge Admin under #requests on Disc.
Do not forget to tag the respective Division leaders
when promoting someone to the HR division or above.
After the promotion, ask the member if they are available for training.
If they are unavailable, advise them to visit the help desk when ready for training.
Inform other trainers on the #trainer-hub channel of which trainings have to be done.

Contact a higher-ranking member if the situation continues.
Always screenshot your verbal warning/s. Otherwise, the log will be invalid, and may be removed.

Radio Team | Welcoming Committee | HIA Events Team | Football Team
Magazine Team | Social Media Team | Legal Affairs
Do note that additional requirements (other than being ranked HR+) may be applied.

¶ Never promote any staff members not in a working station or not in base.
Areas where you are NOT allowed to promote in base includes: the cafe, hallway, lobby,
FTB, copier, meeting room and training rooms/hallway.
¶ Only promote those deserving of a promotion; not for the sake of promoting.
¶ Do not promote 15 minutes before pay until 30 minutes after payline has been called.
¶ Both you and the promotee must fill a station for 5min after exiting FTB to promote/be promoted.
¶ You can do a maximum of 2 promotions in 10 minutes.
¶ Do NOT promote members seated at the back sofas, UNLESS ALL main seats are filled.
¶ Do NOT promote FROM the copier UNLESS ALL main seats are filled.
¶ Promoting a member ON the copier is not allowed AT ALL TIMES.
¶ Trial HRs have the highest priority to promote standard ranks, followed by other HRs.
¶ Most importantly, you are NOT allowed to do promotion camping.
Promotion camping includes, and is not limited to the following:
‡ Promoting someone before you or they have 15 mins+ online time
‡ Standing behind someone who is attending to a person at their station
‡ Promoting someone who is filling the SAME station as you.
Whether it is a coincidental or intentional situation, this is considered promotion camping.
¶ You can only use the “Add Promotion” button to manually log a promotion in special circumstances.
¶ Promoting incorrectly through this feature may result in disciplinary action

Do note that additional requirements (other than being ranked HR+) may be applied.
