Costumes
We only allow certain pieces of specific costumes.
Costumes filed under 'Allowed' mean that the full costume is allowed to be worn at all times within HIA base.
Costumes filed as 'Partially-Allowed' mean that parts of the costume are allowed to be worn. Clothing that is not allowed to be worn will be marked with a cross. E.g. You may wear the hat and the top but not the full outfit at the same time. The heads of the dino-suit, 80s Nostalgia Outfit and snowman-suit are not permitted. However the rest of the outfit is permitted to be worn. This is because the costumes do not reflect our business-casual theme at HIA.
Costumes labeled as 'Banned' are not to be worn at any time within HIA. If seen wearing these costumes, you will be asked to change.

Outfit combinations
Which combinations are allowed and not allowed?
Combinations of certain items may cause them to be inappropriate in base (even if both of these items are permitted separately.) Any wearable/set of wearables that covers 75% of your character’s face would not be allowed.
- For instance, a surgical mask and eyepatch would be allowed.
- However, a surgical mask and glasses would not be allowed.

Certain combinations may be deemed acceptable while others are not - please settle Dress Code disputes with the Chief of Staff Team or LAiCs.

If you’re wondering whether or not what you’re wearing is inappropriate, then it is probably inappropriate and you probably shouldn’t be wearing it.
If you have any questions, concerns or are unsure about whether something is allowed. Please contact LAiC's, DG - Rules and Enforcement or a member of the Chief of Staff Team.

Raiders
Habbo raiders are often massive and organized groups of individuals that team up to blockade entry to public and popular rooms. More often than not, raiders are often there for malicious intent.
One of the most popular forms of raiders is the ‘Pools Closed.’ group. There are also groups of less known raiders, such as the Russian Federation, or Russian Empire.

Effects
We only allow seven effects to be worn and used within base by the general community:
